Can you give context to the price?
As of now, we price about 25-35% less than brands who use similar print methods as us. While this eats into our business profit, our goal is to try and reduce the cost of our goods, so you can enjoy reasonable prices. We also have plans to launch more premium materials, packaging, and more that may reflect in the price over time, but we will always try to bring you great product at the best possible price.
What is your return policy?
Lore Design House apparel is non-returnable. Weird, we know - but it won't stay this way for long and we are working on it. The good news is that just because we do not accept returns, does not mean you cannot be refunded.
In order to receive a refund, the refund request must take place 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition.
Items eligible for a refund include:
- Items that arrive defective (graphics or apparel)
Reasoning for a defective item does NOT encompass:
- The color not being what you expected
- The size not being what you expected
For exchanges, simply contact loredesignhouse@gmail.com and we will get you the proper size, free of charge, for any orders that ship under $10. Exchanges that exceed shipping over $10 will have the difference over $10 charged.
