Camarillo Brand House LLC Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Eligibility: The Camarillo Brand House LLC Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Camarillo Brand House LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Camarillo Brand House LLC, located at 3400 Cottage Way, Ste G2 #24436, Sacramento, CA, USA.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

4. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on [6.15.24] at [12:00:00 PM PST] and ends on [7.15.24] at [12:00:00 PM PST] (the "Sweepstakes Period").

5. How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entrants may enter by meeting the following criteria:

   • (a) Following the Instagram accounts mentioned in the social post.
   • (b) Liking and commenting on the sweepstakes post.
   • (c) Tagging a friend in their comment.

6. Prize: The prize is $250 cash and one free product from Lore Design House. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

7. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by email or phone within [number] days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within [number] days, or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.

9. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

10. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

11. Limitations of Liability: The Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

12. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in California.

13. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy.
